Emergency Service Calls

When something goes wrong after hours, contracted Ark Security Solutions clients have access to priority emergency service. We understand that security issues don't keep business hours — so neither do we.

Contract Clients Only

How It Works

After 5 PM — Emergency Rate

Service calls placed after 5 PM qualify as emergency calls and are billed at the emergency service rate for active contract clients.

Before 5 PM — Standard Rate

Calls placed before 5 PM are treated as regular service visits and billed at the standard service rate regardless of urgency.

Active Contract Required

Emergency service availability is exclusive to clients with a signed Ark Security Solutions service contract.

New Install Offer: All new installations receive 50% off emergency service calls for 3 months following your completed and signed walkthrough — so you're covered while you get familiar with your new system.
